Booking & Cancellation Policy:

A $300 fitting fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

If you proceed with our alteration services, the $300 fitting fee will be credited toward your final alteration bill.

If you decide not to proceed with our services after the first fitting, the fitting fee is non-refundable.

Appointments canceled at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
