Booking & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment, $300 fitting and consultation fee is collected at the time of booking. This allows our team to dedicate time and expertise to understanding your gown, your needs, and the best approach to achieving your perfect fit.

If you choose to move forward with our alteration services, the full $300 will be credited toward your final alteration bill.

If you decide not to proceed after your first fitting, that’s completely okay! The $300 fee simply covers the time, professional consultation, and fitting service already provided, so it is non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your appointment, the booking fee is fully refundable when canceled at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 14 days before your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
